In the restaurant of our Hotel in Peschici we love to cook tipical dishes of the traditional Apulian cuisine, crafted with meticulous attention and care. Having good food it’s a family question at the Hotel Peschici, because only family members cook our delicacies. Mrs Raffella is the queen of the kitchen with a long gained experience in old traditional recipes. Using only the freshest prime ingredients she is able to raise the simple and poor cuisine to a tasteful and delicious culinary experience.  Bread soup, filled Mussels, Acquasale, Troccoli homemade pasta with tomato sauce, stuffed  Cuttlefish… are some of the dishes you will find everyday on our menu.
In the morning Sylvie likes treating the guests with a delicious Breakfast: smelling homemade cakes and pies, tarts, croissants, homemade jams, a tasty corner with local cold cuts and cheeses and the traditional bread flavoured with olive oil and tomatoes.
